So Far so good. The only thing is I must see if the screws are in tight. Other than that I like the chair for my business. Like the chair adjustments......And the lumbar adjustment for the back. The Mesh on back of chair is good to keep cool on hot summer days. Recommend for anyone having a Home based business. A keeper.

After putting the chairs together and using them for 2 days we threw away the shipping boxes. On the fourth day the chairs started "sinking" down constantly needing to be re-adjusted to the desired height. After starting the return process we found out that without the boxes (and disassembling the chairs) we would need to return them to our local Staples store. Not very convenient. My advise would be that if you buy these chairs (not recommended) hold on to the boxes and be prepared to take them apart and return them.

Wasn't sure I could assemble chair after receipt but it was fairly simple. It serves the purpose quite nicely and I have no complaints! Delivery was super fast. I would recommend this chair.

Great adjustability however back didn't line up with seat properly

This chair can be very comfortable and has great adjustability with the ability to adjust seat tilt and back tilt independently rare in a chair in this price range. However the particular chair I received has a slight problem. The holes on the seat which match up with the slotted holes on the back piece cannot align so that the back is facing normal to the seat. That is sitting squarely on the seat the back piece points slightly to the left. I used all the adjustment the slots allow and the back still will not point straight forward. I will drill out the slots slightly to allow for the proper alignment but kind of a pain to have to do so. Easier than taking it fully apart and waiting for a new one to arrive then assembling another chair.

Honestly I love the chair. The box arrived in good condition and timely! However the base of the chair is cracked and multiple pieces of plastic were chipped/broken. We made it work but disappointed in the fact that my NEW chair looks like an OLD chair because of the cracks and chips.
