I was amazed and pleased with the quick delivery and the quality of the chair. The assembly directions however did not satisfy. I have assembled many products and I found these directions to lack words. The pictures were clear but there were no words to supplement the picture. However I love the chair.

Great Office Tilt Chair

Aside from needing to don the hat of the assembler-installer to put the chair into one piece from 25 pieces a task which took maybe 45 minutes because of my ineptitude and clumsy thumbs the chair arose from the boxes into a beautiful thing just like in the pictures! I have this suspicion - unfounded but persistent - that the reason it was sold at a discount is due to a small problem with the seat. The seat is nicely cushioned. No problem there. But it is at a forward tilt. Not completely level but tilting forward enough to give the impression that one would slide off and onto the floor. In fact I have found myself on the edge of my seat and not because work is exciting. So this tilt thing is a bit annoying. But there's all kinds of levers and adjustments to soften the tilt and try to maneuver into a more comfortable position without falling asleep - the problem with my former chair. I highly recommend this chair. Especially if you happen to be a lover of the tilt - the lean into your work because you are constantly moving forward and on your tip-toes with eager anticipation for that next task. Is that you? Then go for it! You'll love it.

The chair is very comfortable and very adjustable. It has been a great improvement over my prior almost painful chair.

Comfy and small--just needs a little more cushion on the seat

I needed to replace my office chair which was bulky stuck in a low position and falling apart. This chair really supports my back (though I added a lumbar cushion) and I can sit comfortably in it without problems. However after about four hours the seat is a little uncomfortable as if it could use a little more padding. Great price though and I'm pleased with the chair overall.
