I bought this chair hoping it would be a good fit for a short (5'1) person like me. The seat depth is great for someone of my size allowing my knees to bend and feet to touch the floor properly. However that's about the only good thing I can say about this chair. The back rest wobbles from side to side which is distracting uncomfortable and makes proper posture impossible. Also the seat cushion looks thick but compresses down to almost nothing once you sit on it. I can sit on this chair for 20 minutes max until my butt starts to go numb. This chair is NOT worth the money.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the shortest setting is still a little tall. I also wish the arm rests could go down a little more they are tall too. I would think for someone 5ft or shorter it may pose some difficulty. Other than it it's comfortable and exactly what I hoped for. Very easy to put together the instructions are clear and it comes with all the tools you need. I am not very handy and have carpal tunnel so I am really proud that I was able to put it together by myself with ease!

My daughter said it was comfortable however the back of the chair keeps moving. This section came pre-installed so there’s nothing we could do to tighten the bolts. Was thinking of returning it but didn’t want to deal with the hassle of disassembling it so we will keep it but overall she said it was pretty comfortable
