Assembly was very easy took about 20 minutes. So far the chair is just what I expected. A nice improvement would be to make the seat section adjustable (tilt froward/back) I wish the seat could be tilted forward at little.

This chair has a lot of adjustable features. Wish I would have bought two while they were on sale. Will just have to wait till it is on sale again. It was very easy to put together which was a bonus!

Great chair. Very similar to chair I use in office. Very sturdy and comfortable with lower back support. Easy to assemble.
Uncomfortable and unstable despite the many adjustment options

I've had this chair for about 3 weeks and I agree with what the other reviewers have said. It's hard to adjust some of the things and overall the chair is unstable. The only things I like about it are the reclining back and the material of the base. I wish I had waited to see these reviews before purchasing this. The back and arms are my main complaints. Both move left and right depending on your back position. I think the design of the chair is flawed because there isn't enough material to support the back just enough to support the height adjustment. Same for the arms. I did find a temporary fix for the arms -- I put duct tape on the sides to keep them stable but they still don't feel stable overall. Better than the back though... I don't know of a way to fix it without screwing up the height adjustment. The back height adjustment is weird - you have to turn the knob left or right to select different levels and then the back will snap into place when it's at the correct height. Even the base sometimes shakes a bit. It works if you don't need a lot of stability (such as for typing) so I wouldn't recommend this as a desk chair. It definitely has the looks of the desk chair but it would be more appropriate as a task chair. Everything was tightened and I followed the instructions correctly. They don't explain how to use some of the adjustments though. (There's whole chair AND back reclining but I don't know why you would want whole chair reclining.) Nice to have random levers that you don't know how to adjust until you use trial and error. At least there are pictures on the levers. Even the Luxura I bought last year had more stablity on the arms and back (https://www.staples.com/Staples-Kelburne-Luxura-Office-Chair/product_2554454).

Excellent Value for the $

Good adjustment capability. Thick comfortable seat. Assembles easily. Attractive. Arms are completely removable and do not compromise structural integrity. You can find chairs $100-200 more expensive that are incrementally better but this is the 'best bang for your buck' chair I have ever purchased.
