Seems to be a very good chair. I had a high back previously and found I didn't need it. This one adjusts fine although a little low. I like the harder surface arms because they will last longer. My previous chair had soft foam arms that tore. Price was great.

The holes did not align for the base to attach to the chair seat. My husband had to drill out the holes on the base before we could attach the base to the seat. Once we were FINALLY able to attach the base everything worked great and I like the chair. If my husband were not able to modify the base to fit I would have had to return the chair.

I just purchased Staples Carder Mesh Office Chair. The chair works as advertised with numerous adjustments for a good ergonomic fit. The chair is very comfortable my wife and I use it for our computer desk. The construction could be a little more robust it definitely has low cost construction. I hope the chair holds up over time. I purchased Staples 3 year extended warranty just in case
