The chair was easy to assemble and overall comfortable to use. My only complaint would be the contoured armrests. It is slightly concave along the length of the armrest to help cradle your arm. That is fine if your arm rests parallel to the armrest. However my arm will shift around especially when I type so the concave contour becomes uncomfortable. I'm getting used to it

I have this same chair at work and just moved into a new place and needed a good desk chair. The main feature I like was that is the open mesh back it allows for more air circulation so you don't end up with a sweaty back after sitting in it for a while plus its rather comfortable. I literally ended up asking my boss where he had gotten these last year when he bought about 10 of them for our office and I am happy with my decision!

So many office chairs are made for tall people. This one is comfortable solid adjustable and allows me to sit in an ergonomically correct posture. It can be raised and adjusted of course for someone taller but sitting with my feet flat on the floor is a luxury only those can appreciate who deal with the discomfort of using a chair that makes on feel as if one were a toddler...

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE BACK OF THE CHAIR NOT INSERTING PROPERLY AND BEING WOBBLEY. WE GOT A REPLACEMENT BACK IT FIT A LITTLE BETTER BUT IT'S STILL NOT TIGHT OR FEELS RIGHT?

Bought this as I had the same chair already. It finally gave out after 8 years of use. This chair is very comfortable and hope it will last. I purchased this again as it can be adjusted several ways. Easy to put together and hope the arm rests are better than what was on the last one . The top part cracked but was replaced. Warranty is very good on this chair.
