The build quality size and adjustability of the chair are great. The back support is a huge improvement over the one it replaced which was the biggest reason for the purchase. If the cushion on the seat were better this would be a 4-5 star review but for me being 6'2" and 240lbs it isnt quite substantial enough to support me for a full day of work. I'm thinking of trying to find a thin cushion to help with this.

This is a small chair with a short (less than 17") seat depth which was exactly what I was looking for. Chair was incredibly easy to put together. The arms ARE width adjustable during the assembly process (i.e. in order to change the arm width you must loosen them with the included allen wrench move them to your desired width and re-tighten). Chair is very comfortable and lumbar support is perfect for me.

Excellent chair for the price. Comfortable and easy to adjust. Only comment is that my husband felt it better to use his own tools to construct the chair. He found that tool enclosed in the box wasn't really effective.

I've had this chair for about 6 months now and still love it. The different adjustments you make make it perfect for tailoring to an individual needs and the mesh back provides good air flow on those hot summer work days. I highly recommend it!

The ordering processing and delivery to my home was uneventful Ordering the chair on Staples website was extremely easy and the product arrived at my home within two days. Unfortunately the chair was discovered to be damaged upon opening the box. One call to Staples Warranty department was all that was needed to have a new chair delivered by the next day. The defective chair was returned to my local Staples store making the return of the defective chair an easy process.
