When the chair was unpacked the display for the up/down lever was missing only the leaver with a place for the display to be snapped into.

Service at the store was great. It was back ordered but came within a few days and was assembled by them promtly. The chair is great. It has enough levers on to adjust to my needs. I would recommend this chair to anyone.
