So far i'm loving this chair. I love that it has a lot of versatility - I can change the height or armrests or recline very easily which helps me because I tend to want to shift around throughout the day. It's not the softest/cushiest chair but that's not what I was looking for. I wanted something that would help me have better posture at work since I kept slouching in my old chair. The BEST part? I put it together by myself in about 10-15 minutes. I found the instructions and assembly really straightforward and easy to follow.

I use the chair everyday for several hours per day. I am not hard on it use it the way a normal person would. It was great for the first year and a half then the mesh started to pull apart from the chair frame. Needless to say I had the extended warranty but my time had run out by about 3 months. It is extremely uncomfortable now and I am looking for a new chair. I will not buy one that is constructed like this one as far as the back goes again. It was never a really comfortable chair if you are going to be on it for more than 4 hours per day. Personally I would not recommend it.

Easy to assemble not very comfortable

The chair was easy to assemble but I find it to not be somewhat uncomfortable. The seat is tilted forward slightly (not a big deal) but the lever to adjust the seat level is not working.
