In general this is a good chair which have the benefit of a reclining sit and this is a huge addition for people who sit for a long time and need to type for example. This is the second chair of the same build that I have and it needs to be mentioned that the finish of the plastic parts is not done well this time. It is sharp and unpleasant (around the handles and the base). I would still buy it but hope that the manufacturer will be more attentive to it. In the old chair the handles were smoother and the base was made out of metal and there was no problem like it.
I don't find this chair to be comfortable at all. It's nice and of good quality but there is something about the angle that just does not feel right. I feel like it's too small and I'm sitting in a kid's chair or something. Would bring back if I could.

Purchased the Carder chair after trying out several dozen other models in store. Had to order online as the store had no unopened boxes in stock. Delivery to my home was on time box was a bit bashed up looking but the contents were fine. Assembly was straight-forward all parts included all parts fit together as they should. Chair is very comfortable for me - 5'1'' and often chairs are too tall or the arm rests are too high or the front edge of the seat is too hard - none of these problem with this chair. Carder Chair has nice supportive lumbar good shape for my shoulders and neck adjusts to low enough position that I don't need a foot rest adjusts to high enough position that my husband can also use it at home computer arms adjust to a wide range of height and width positions seat is supportive and plenty wide. And it was on sale. So far a great chair for working from home.
