So far so good. I purchased it due to all the different adjustments I can make on it as I am a medical transcriptionist and sit and type 8 hours a day. These allow me to make an adjustment very easily if my body aches from sitting in one position too long. I do wish however the lumbar support was curved more to meet my back better.

Good quality chair exceptional price at sale price. we like the gray base (as opposed to a chrome one) Comes with a 7 year warranty. Highly recommend.
