so far the chair is fine. It is comfortable adjusts to the right height for me rolls easily etc. check back in a year.

Comfortable chair but...

I have been using this chair for a week and overall like it a lot. The one thing that I don't like is the seat back has some give in it and thus moves a bit when I sit back. It seems loose and I think it should be tighter. I am going to check the chair in the store to see if it does the same thing. The seat on this chair is firm but comfortable. The adjustments allow me to find a position that is comfortable. There is one adjustment that seems to not work though. This is the "tilt tension" adjustment. The round cylinder knob under the front center of the seat does not budge no matter how hard I try. Thus I cannot get the chair to tilt back but since I usually don't do this it is not a "show stopper" for me. The chair seems very well built and should give me many years of enjoyment.

Chair is comfortable and yet compact -- not overly large. The controls are positioned well for easy adjustment to one's personal preference -- especially nice when more than one person uses the chair. Overall a good buy.

Very comfortable and good lumbar support. Of all the chairs I tried this chair had the best adjustability for not only the chair height but also the back angle and knee position.

This chair has enough adjustments to suit almost any need except for one - it does not rise as high as the chair it replaced but it is suitable for my use in front of a desktop computer. It required an adjustment to the viewing angle of my 27-inch monitor.
