Within the first week of use the mesh back separated from the frame. I contacted Staples for an exchange as the chair was perfect for me until this happened. Hoping it was just a fluke and the replacement will be better. Otherwise I was very happy with the chair and it’s functions.

Happy so far. Disappointed because had to change casters for hardwood floors. Should be able to be ordered with choice of wheels.

I was able to assemble this chair easily with in several minutes. This chair seems to be more comfortable than my office chair at work. I will really be able to test the comfort when I work from home for a full day. Other than the lack of padded arm rest I am very satisfied with this chair and I would recommend it.
