The chair was very easy to assemble is quite comfortable but has only one problem. The seat base wiggles in relation to the wheels. I can not seem to get this wiggle out of the system and it feels unstable. the wiggle is not so great that I feel it necessary to return the product but the one I tried in the store did not appear to have this problem. I would love to hear if anyone can tell me how to stop the wiggle. It is annoying when you adjust your position in the chair slightly and have the entire chair move with you. Other than the wiggle it is a good chair. I still hope to find a way to fix this.

Very comfortable and good lumbar support! Of all the office chairs I tried this one had the most adjustability not only for the the chair height but also for the back and knee angles.

This chair is great for a no-frills basic office chair. The lumbar support isn't adjustable but back rest/arm rest/seat height back and seat angle are all adjustable. The only downside to my product is that the top of the back rest was cracked upon receipt and I didn't notice it until a few weeks after already having used it.

It does help my back but the mesh fabric is uncomfortable. I wish it was more on the softer side. It’s rough.
