Good Chair. Wish the wheels at the bottom were more smooth as the current wheels leave marks on the carpet. A small improvement would be great. Otherwise great chair! And am glad you have the NAS assembly service as an add-on. The chair assembler was professional and adept at his job. Having that was a great bonus for a small price. Thank you.

The chair was delivered next day at no extra charge and was on a great sale. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. The whole process of ordering on line was quick and simple. I will definitely order from Staples again.

I am disappointed in this purchase. Contrary to the reviews I read I have found this chair to be very stiff and uncomfortable. I'd like to return it but online purchases can only be returned in their original packaging which I stupidly did not save.
