The chair has great lumbar support and can adjust so that your feet are touching the floor. I have not had it a week but so far I am very happy with the chair.

Solid Chair! Very Adjustable. Very Comfortable.

I sat in all of the chairs at Staples and even though I could have spent up to $300 I kept coming back to this one. It is solid has 5 wheels instead of 4 (like some) has adjustments for height tilt of the chair tilt of backrest and height of lumbar support in back. It is hefty where it counts and does not seem cheaply made to me. I am always excited to sit in my office because I have a great chair and I didn't pay a lot for it!

Good quality chair but I had to make a couple of important adjustments

The only trouble with this chair is that the lumbar support mini-cushion did not hit my back on my lumbar region which was very uncomfortable. So I took a couple of zip ties and tied it back and away from me so that my back is supported by the mesh alone. Also I leave the chair back below lowest possible setting just below where it clicks in. After these adjustments the chair is excellent and it's of very good quality. For your reference I'm a man 5'8" tall. If you'd rather not deal with these things I'd recommend getting a chair with mesh back that does not have that little lumbar support cushion. (Also Staples did a great job delivering the chair ahead of schedule so thanks Staples staff. You rock!)

It's a firm chair to sit on. I prefer a little more cushion but that's just me. It is comfortable for the most part and I wish I could adjust the lumbar in the back.
