This chair looks good but the sitting experience is awful. It does not recline like advertised in fact it feels like it wants to propel me forward. I can't get comfortable in it. Keep looking this is not the one you want. Too late to return it so I'm stuck.

Has a lot of adjustments but like most office chairs this thing feels like a medieval torture device after a few hours. The biggest problem for me and everyone is going to be annoyed by something different is the spacing of the arms. The instructions say the arm width is adjustable. Technically they are but they only adjust about a half inch left or right not enough to make much of a difference. Is this a bad chair? Not at all. It checks may boxes. It's just not an all day chair. It will feel great for twenty minutes at the store but once you get it and its an all day thing you'll be moving around and constantly adjusting looking for the right adjustments and positions.

Very easy to put it together. The store carried the item to our car and was very informative on how the chair works. I have had excellent service at my Staple store and always price items there before looking at other stores. This chair replaced our VERY old desk chair so we feel like we are in heaven sitting on it. We tried many of the chairs in the store and this seemed perfect from the start. Hope it lasts a long time. Might even buy one for my son.
