Good chair but keep the reciept for the 7 year warranty

Great chair and comfortable but I have had similar issues with the hyraulic cylinder failing as others have mentioned here. Mine failed a little after 1 year of use. You can obtain a replacement cylinder by calling 1-800-425-0049. They were very helpful in obtaing the replacement part for the chair. I would have given the chair 5 stars but the best warranty is the one I don't have to use.

I recently purchased this chair for my son as a gift. It is a little different from his last one which had a higher back and leather cover. However this chair is very comfortable and I like the lumbar feature. The back of the chair is nice because it allows air flow threw it unlike the leather replacement. I think he will live not having a head rest.

Was easy to assemble. Directions very clear I thought. Even though I have medical issues with my hands I was able to assemble the chair except the casters which I had to get help with. But overall I am pleased.

I am 6'4" over 230lbs. This chair is very comfortable especially the lumbar support. Easy to assemble.Great chair for the price. Like the fabric seat and mesh back. So does the cat!
