The chair is great and easy to assemble. For some reason it was delivered to the wrong location. The company that received it called Staples and they sent Fedex to pick it up and deliver it properly. Everything worked out great.

COMFORTABLE OFFICE CHAIR

The chair is a good value. It has lumbar support as well as four or five other adjustments to suit your needs. My only complaint is the armrests are not that comfortable...they need more padding or should be contoured differently. I would recommend this chair.

There are several things about this chair that we like in our office. The combination of a thick cushion seat and mesh back allows for the best of both worlds when it comes to sitting for long periods of time; no pressure points in the seat and back support with plenty of air circulation. The armrests are durable but just soft enough to be comfortable without the fragile crumbling seen in other synthetic foam materials. There are plenty of options for adjustment so most users can get pretty much any seating situation they need. The only limitations are the 250 lb. weight limit and the somewhat crude casters.
