After sitting on the chair for an hour or so the cushion bottoms out and I feel like I'm sitting on a bench. Dexley or Hyken would be a better choice.

COMFORTABLE OFFICE CHAIR

The chair is a good value. It has lumbar support as well as four or five other adjustments to suit your needs. My only complaint is the armrests are not that comfortable...they need more padding or should be contoured differently. I would recommend this chair.

This is a decent quality chair with full features. However they could improve a couple of things to make it more comfortable like the hand rests are quite hard and lumbar support and seat adjustments can be smoother. Overall a good buy.
