Mesh Office Chair

After sitting in a chair that was over 20 years old our coordinator asked for a chair that would better suit someone who needed to work at a computer most of the day. With that in mind she searched the online catalog and found the Staples Carder Mesh Office Chair. What attracted her attention was the lumbar support. After a brief discussion we ordered the new chair and had it assembled by one of our staff members. To say the least we have all "stolen" it at one time or another and are considering getting the new and improved chair for the rest of the staff.

This chair was not for myself but the woman who is using it is very happy with the difference it has made for her back. Thank you for making such healthy chairs available for such a reasonable price.

It was easy to assemble. The steps were clear. It may not be a bad idea to put a video for assembly as some steps may not be said but were intuitive. However I do see play on the back seat and the arm rest that also make some noise when you move your back around. Will prefer someone can help to correct these concerns. It does not have flexible adjustable tilt. It is positioned based on your setting. The seats are fixed and can not be slided. Lumbar support curvature is one position. Overall reasonably good chair and some decent settings that will suit the many. Play in the back seat is my main concern. I will give chair a four.

The directions were not the easiest to follow when putting it together and there are several things that are unclear that should be clarified in a rewrite but for all of this as well as the price it seems like a pretty satisfactory purchase. I wish however that it was available in colors other than Black notably Auburn or perhaps brown. I am a bit tired of black and it's apparent association with Staples and would suggest that you attempt to expand your lines to include other colors which might fit better with my desk.

Good for wheeling around the office & down the hall! The chair was delivered timely and not too hard to put together. I find it comfy and the adjustment level(s) a plus. I like the way the back of the chair leans back good for pondering what's on the screen.
