The chair cushion is angled about 45 degrees towards the ground so I am constantly slipping out. It's very uncomfortable. It looks like there is a lever that should adjust this but it seems to be non-functional. I'm going to try and return this because it's not supportive at all. I recommend a different chair.

Overall a good chair for the price. I chose this chair because it could be lowered to 15" which is less than other mesh chairs. I'm 5' 2" and want a chair that allows me to have my feet flat on the floor so the blood circulation in my legs is not compromised. I like that I can adjust the arm rests up and down. I wish I could also adjust them horizontally but maybe that's too much to ask for in a chair this price. I also like the mesh it is sturdy and provides support as well as breathability. If I could improve one thing on this chair it would be the seat cushion. It needs more or better padding. To sit on the chair for a 2-3 hours it's fine. I'm 135 lbs and I use this chair to work from home 8 hours a day and it gets uncomfortable the second half of the day.

Not very comfortable I find the material for the backing is too stiff and uncomfortable. The base seat could have been a little longer for my legs. The padding in the seat cushion is not enough to be comfortable for long periods of time.

I have had this chair for not even a year now but I can tell you it will likely not be at my desk for much longer. In less than a year this chair has never broken in to become any more comfortable (this was a low threshold already - it is extremely upright). It has a horrid high-pitched squeak every time I lean back (which started not even 6 months after my purchase) and one of the arm rests is already cracked. As someone who is working from home I needed a good office chair to get me through the pandemic but this chair definitely does not live up to its numerous positive reviews.

Not great but was cheap. It's stiff. It has no soul. Wish I'd have bought the old one again. I give this one a year then replace. Need to test drive an office chair before buying. Was convenient to order and have delivered but regret not sitting in a dozen before choosing.
