My fake leather Osgood had begun to exfoliate plastic so I bought the Carder. My wife has had one for years. It is decent just not as comfortable. I expect it to hold up better. I like all the adjustability.
I love the chair with the padded seat. Only issue with this chair is no head rest. My old chair had one and now that I have had this chair for a little I miss the head rest when you just want to lean back to think for a few minutes.
I assembled this chair and saw immediately that it was high quality and very well made. It is comfortable and has several adjustable settings to make it just right. I would recommend this for sure and the price was good.
The chair does not work. Put it in top seat position lock it in and sit down and chairs goes down to lowest spot - about 10 inches above the floor. Waiting for call to send me new one and take this away. Very disappointed.
The chair cushion is angled about 45 degrees towards the ground so I am constantly slipping out. It's very uncomfortable. It looks like there is a lever that should adjust this but it seems to be non-functional. I'm going to try and return this because it's not supportive at all. I recommend a different chair.
Overall a good chair for the price. I chose this chair because it could be lowered to 15" which is less than other mesh chairs. I'm 5' 2" and want a chair that allows me to have my feet flat on the floor so the blood circulation in my legs is not compromised. I like that I can adjust the arm rests up and down. I wish I could also adjust them horizontally but maybe that's too much to ask for in a chair this price. I also like the mesh it is sturdy and provides support as well as breathability. If I could improve one thing on this chair it would be the seat cushion. It needs more or better padding. To sit on the chair for a 2-3 hours it's fine. I'm 135 lbs and I use this chair to work from home 8 hours a day and it gets uncomfortable the second half of the day.
