This chair has made some improvements over the previous versions such as better seat padding and the adjustable back. The things I liked about this style chair are the mesh back and multiple seat positions. The new thing that comes with no instructions is the height adjustment for the mesh back with lumbar support. At first one might think that the lumbar support moves in and our as with many vehicles but the knob only locks the height settings. After some coffee and an epiphany moment I tinkered with the knob on the back while sliding the whole matter up and discover that there are three locking points for the back plus a fourth position at the bottom (unlocked).
