Had used the chair for less than two months for about 2-3 hours per day max and the pump for the lift was damaged. They eventually sent a new one my way but dont even think I will use it.

I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly before this purchase but because of the suddenness of having to work from home we had to buy office furniture as asap. The chair is great for my 6'2" husband but for me a whole foot shorter this doesn't quite work. As other reviewers wrote the seat hardly adjusts up and down. I still need to sit on a pillow and put a box under my feet to be even the least bit ergonomic. I wish I had an ability to return/exchange but it'll have to make due for now.
