Ease of assembly and great adjustment levers give this chair stars for the instructions and for individual preference for seating positions but more cushioning in the seat would give the chair five stars. As it is I ordered an extra portable cushion and the chair works fine. If you are someone who gets tired of sitting on a hard surface you might consider buying the extra cushion as I did or ordering a different chair.
