Ordered the Carder Mesh Office Chair one day and it was delivered the next. Great price was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Would recommend.

The chair is nice. No history to say if it will last or if any problems will crop up but feels like a nice chair with nice adjustments. Instructions to put it together were clear and simple. As for the purchasing process at Staples....NO STAFF to help in the store. Consequently we missed out on a sale item because we couldn't wait to get help. (They had two people: one at the cash register with a line running back to the aisles and one at the print shop.) When we came back the next day the sale was over. I expected the sale to run through the weekend. But no it ended on Saturday. Not too happy with Staples I think I might just stick to that other store. However I will say that we were able to find lower priced items at Staples.

Maybe I got a bad one

I saw all of the great reviews and even went and sat in the chair in store before I purchased. Assembly did not take too long and I was excited to begin using my new chair. Well its only been 2 days and I already can not stand it. The back of the chair goes ALL the way back with even the slightest amount of pressure. There is a control for this that is supposed to lock it into place however it does not work at all. Perhaps I got a defective chair????
