I like the quality for the price at least so far. Could go another inch higher but it is comfortable. Not too deep so I don't have to sit forward to use the computer.

Great chair poor quality

I bought this chair Aug.25th at a staples store and did not take the extended protection plan. The staples holding the mesh started popping out one week ago and the whole back mesh came apart. Staples will not take it back since Im passed the 14 day return date and did not buy protection plan. If you're going to buy this chair buy the protection plan or spend more money on a better quality chair.

This chair met all of my needs. I wanted to be able to sit comfortably at my desk which meant being able to adjust the chair to fit my needs. I especially looked for the ability to raise/lower the arms and ensure my lumbar area was well-supported. It satisfied all of these.
