Doesn't hold up

Comfortable chair but the piston failed on mine after very limited use and now it constantly sits too low for me to use. I'm still waiting for a replacement warranty part which I'm now being told is due in October. If you don't mind perpetually adjusting the height of your chair it is comfortable.

I was happy to get this on sale about $100 off which seems to be an accurate price. Chair was very easy to assemble I did it myself in about 30 minutes....seems sturdy and is more comfy than what I had. Only used a few times hoping the cushion holds up and stays somewhat firm. At this point I would recommend this chair!!

Extremely upset this was the second one I have bought --and both have failed within 2 weeks. The piston keeps failing. I will be sending back for refund
