This chair is a good solid chair at a good price with a lot of options to adjust it to your liking. Because of that though it's more difficult to assemble and the instructions are not clear on how to make every adjustment. For example I still can't adjust the seat angle using the lever with that symbol and I don't want to disassemble and reassemble the chair to see if that works. I would advise having the store assemble the chair for you.

The chair s comfortable and nice looking; however after 6 months the seat began lowering on its own. I have to raise the height back up every 30-60 minutes.

The seat tilts forward at a modest angle and exposes a poorly padded surface that gives my behind a hard time. I can't sit for more than half hour. This chair is higher priced than many Staples chairs and one would expect better design. I can't return it so I will have to go spend more money on a pad so that this becomes usable. I prefer a folding chair that was $10. The back is OK but instructions on how to set the height are nonexistent.

Being taller than the average person this chair works out very well! The adjustable seat back as well as the adjustable lumbar support are great! I highly recommend this chair!
