Comfortable chair for a great price

Very satisfied with my purchase. Very comfortable chair just as advertised it is recomended for 3-5 hours of seated activity without any discomfort. Even got it delivered to my job the day after I ordered it.

At the moment it is very uncomfortable. The seat tilts forward and I feel like I am slipping off of it. It was assembled at the store I called the store and the only solution they could offer was to bring it back in and have them look at it. This will be very inconvenient since I am 84 years old and cannot handle this myself. I will have to have a neighbor do it and they all work during the day. Further it is an open pick up truck and I'll have to do it a sunny day. At this point I am not too happy with Staples service.

As someone who spends a lot of time at the computer doing CAD work I've found this to be a great task chair. Much better than the executive style desk chair. Quality chair at a great price well packaged with excellent assembly instructions.

Not Smooth

This is a very comfortable chair with a lot of adjustments. I sit in it from 9-14 hours a day and do not feel comfortable. The reason I gave it 3 of the 5 stars is because I like to rock while I work and while this chair is supposed to rock it feel like something is grinding while I do. I don't know if this is how this chair is designed to be or if it is broken. I have oiled it and adjusted the tension of the rocker but nothing changes. I have only used it for a week now but will probably have to contact Staples regarding the problem.
