Have only had the chair for a few days so reserved judging it at a 5 but for the sale price it appears to be a heavy well built chair and relatively comfortable. Only time will tell whether it's going to be durable over the long haul.

Depth of seat not adjustable

For a person with long legs or heavier that needs a bit deeper seat the back does not slide back so seat feels small. Otherwise a good chair.

I picked these for a busy office because of a sale price and features offered. The chair is very comfortable and sturdy. All the adjustable features make this a great option.

Two issues with the chairs. Wish the seat would rise slightly higher. One screw on one chair arm pad fell out due to being stripped out during factory assembly.

Nice comfy chair

We've only had the chair for a short time and so far we're very pleased. It's comfortable enough and seems sturdy. The fabric padded seat and mesh back hopefully will last longer than the faux leather of our previous chair which lasted a few years. The three adjustments are great and easy to use. The padded arm rests are a bit more comfortable than hard plastic. The amount of padding in the seat seems adequate. It works for us and we would most likely purchase the same chair again.
