Not what I expected

I was told this chair would come fully assembled it did not. It is not very comfortable and having to unassemble it and ship it back is a bit more than I want to do at this time. Janet

It's strange

I honestly don't know whether to give this chair a good great or bad review. So I'm giving it an average one. Before I was using a kitchen chair for my desk. Obviously a chair intended for office use is better than that. So yes the chair is comfortable. Having said this something is strange or off about it. I do love that the chair's back height back lean seat lean and seat height are fully able to be customized. That's a definite plus. Still I'm just not sure about this chair. For instance I love that the arm height is adjustable. But the arms are wobbly which diminishes the user experience. Further the arms are hard to the touch. I don't recommend keeping your elbows on them for hours on end; they could get sore. Cat owners: I will say this keep your feline friends away from this chair. Cats LOVE to hook their claws into the chair's mesh which makes this chair an excellent scratching post. I can't say I wouldn't recommend this chair; I'm using it and will continue to use it. It's definitely not a bad chair. It's not a great chair though. I'm confident with giving it three stars.

Love this chair!

I love this chair! The mesh back keeps it from being too hot for me the seat is nicely padded for comfort and I can make several adjustments so that the chair fits me perfectly even to tilting the seat! This is the first chair I have found that I can say this about....at least that I could afford!

Good chair better service

I'm not one to normally right reviews but I think Staples service with this chair was great. The chair it self is comfortable and supportive we just got it yesterday so not much to say but a good chair. I want to talk about the service when receiving the chair. We had the chair shipped in UPS and it was damaged so I thought this would be a pain to get it replaced but I was wrong. I sent in a replacement request and the next day they had picked up the old damaged chair at my house and delivered a new one. Doing this anytime of the year would be impressive but during the holidays is even better.
