This chair has three levers and two adjustment knobs - unclear what difference between back two levers actually changes or what adjustment knobs do differently to help fine-tune comfort and chair support. Those considerations aside I find this chair is very suited for lumbar support (I have lumbar arthritis) and find the 'three-to-five hours' rating for use to be very truthful and very comfortable for both my back and the backs of my thighs when sitting for long periods of time.

This chair is SSSUUUUPPPERR comfortable!! and Great for your back if you have back issues. It feels like it's massaging your back alll day while sitting very comfortably! I had been watching the price of this chair for a while and I finally got it! It was well worth the wait! Again---BEST CHAIR EVER!!!!!

The instructions to put the chair together were extremely simple and easy to understand and it only took me 15 minutes to put together. After playing around with the few levers the chair has been comfortable so far. I wish I would have purchased this sooner!!

great chair for the money helps me to sit back in the chair and still reach my keyboard. I'm short and usually sit on the edge of my chair which reeks havoc on my shoulders neck and back. This chair adjust to allow the seat to move forward. This is a plus for me.
