Buy this if you want a good quality chair that only lasts 6 months

The foam seat cushion is really of very sub standard quality . With daily use of about 1-2 hours the foam has given out its sponginess in just 6 months and its like sitting on metal rods now ! Definitely not what I expected

Almost Perfect

I was a little taken aback that I had to put it together ( I must not have read the fine print) but no worries I'm a very hands on person... I put it together myself. Very easy... love the different adjustments. It's just what I wanted. The only thing I was hoping for was it to sit a little higher. Even all the way up it's a little short for my desk. But I just raised the side arms a little higher. Other than that - I love it!

Speedy delivery!

I recently purchased an ergonomic chair. Due to having a compact car i did not know how would bring a huge box to my house. I decided to do delivery service they delivered the product in less than 24 hours and the delivery guy was so kind to carry the box and place it were i wanted. Chair is everything the description says. Anyone with lower back problems... this is the chair!!

This is the second time I've purchased this chair (the cushioning wears out eventually). And I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Brenda was excellent! She helped us find the chairs we wanted in minutes. She got one of them down off the high shelf and I found out later that they are heavy. She ordered the second chair online. She loaded the chair on the dolly and brought it to the cash register and then out to our car for us. What more could you ask for in service. The second chair arrived two days later as promised. I put the chairs together in minutes. The directions were easy to follow because there were no words just pictures. The screws were packages separately by steps. Perfect! Very good experience!
