Nice chair

I like this chair. My only complain is that the height of the arm support in its lowest point is still not conformable for someone shorter (5'5). I wish it could be adjusted even lower. If you are not too tall this may be a problem as your shoulders become uncomfortable after seating for some time. I solved the issue putting an extra pillow on the seating area. Besides this it is a good chair.

Love this chair. Like that it can be raised up and down and that the seat and back can be tilted.

Love my new chair!

This was the most comfortable of all the chairs I tried out in store. The cushion was not too firm and the ability to raise the back of the chair was important for sitting back comfortably. The price was right and the customer service was excellent.

Am happy with the chair so far. But it does make an annoying clicking sound when I lean back. Any suggestions??
