Only a week after purchasing the pneumatic height adjustment seems to be broken. They are sending an replacement part at no cost but it's still unclear to me exactly what the problem was.

This chair has a few more features that are really desirable: particularly the forward back depth adjustment for smaller people as well as the resistance to leaning back. Most office chairs just go up and down this one goes to 11!!!!
