My wife picked this up because after six months of pretty extensive use her old desk chair had had enough. She likes the fact that pretty much everything is adjustable and the lumbar support (which is also adjustable) actually works. Her only concern is that the angle of the seat cushion makes her feel a bit like she's going to fall forward onto her desk and she plans to add an additional cushion to help alleviate that sensation. Otherwise it's a winner.

This chair is much better than the one it replaced that cost more! The back support makes it much more comfortable for me. Also it aides in keeping my posture better while I'm setting in it. That is very important because I spend a lot of time in front of the computer'

Still didn't find a way to adjust/move the lumbar support. But as it is at the perfect location doesn't matter much. Even adjusting the back height is a bit tricky. Assembly is easy and should not take more than 30 mins. All the 3 type of adjustment levers make sure you're sitting in a correct posture (which finds you comfort)
