I bought the chair after looking at virtually hundreds.Trusted Staples' quality standards. Easy to assemble. Was not disappointed. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. Easily adjustable. Loved the price as well. No complaints here!

Only a week after purchasing the pneumatic height adjustment seems to be broken. They are sending an replacement part at no cost but it's still unclear to me exactly what the problem was.
