I bought and assembled an office chair it did not work. I called and was told the only option I had was to return it which meant disassembling it again and squeezing it into my car somehow they wouldn't even collect it even though it had been delivered. I returned and my payment was returned.

The adjustments are perfect and very comfortable. Came without a part we don’t “need”. It’s the plastic piece that goes around the support between the chair seat and the base. No biggie. My son loves it.

The seat is comfortable. Adjustments are stiff at first but helpful. It is way better than my previous chair and the back matches the other chairs in the office so management is okay with the look.

Love the mutiple adjustments to make the chairs comfortable for different employees! Only wish that the height would adjust an inch or two higher like the older model did. All our employees are using these chairs.

Easy to put together. Comfortable and stable. I would only wish for more seat padding towards the rear of the seat. Took a star for that. Front part of seat is padded well enough and comfortable on backs of thighs. I feel this is a good purchase.
