Arms are ergonomically incorrect. They are too high to comfortably use the mouse. Your forearm is constantly leaning on the upraised edge of the arm resulting in a sore bone. Chair would be fine if there was a way too lower the arm but its lowest fixed position is too high.

This chair was purchased as a sample to replace our employees chairs. The lumbar support is a hit. The seat is a bit small for some of the employees but the back support makes up for that.

The chair sits low even in the high position. The seat is not comfortable. I am not satisfied with this chair. I bought this chair in the blind because it was not in the store. I was not able to sit on it or test it out. I am considering repurchasing a previous chair that had broke.

This chair has enough adjustments that it was easy to get positioned so it worked well for me. The instructions were slightly incomplete: no info on how to adjust the height of the lumbar support but we figured it out.
