The first chair I received was not in the original box and was missing some parts and the assembly instructions. Once I received a chair with all the parts and assembly instructions it was easy to put together. Very comfortable.
We have purchased a total of 4 of these. Two have broken after 2 years. The shock starts to give out and the chair will slowly start sinking down to floor. Very frustrating. I like the look and the chair feels great. Just wish it would last longer than 2 years.

Love the chair but the instructions for assembly is missing a crucial step! I even called the toll free number on the pamphlet & they were useless. I found a video from a few years back that showed me the missing step. This is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVj4z5LVWag. For the last step of attaching the back of chair to seat you must REMOVE THE WHEEL on the chair back all the way for the metal piece to be able to slide in the slot. Once in then you can put in the plastic plug. Staples - please UPDATE YOUR DIRECTIONS!!!
I've had the chair for about a year. It's had a lot of use as I've been WFH during the pandemic. It's a basic chair. The chair pad gets uncomfortable as the day goes on and I keep sliding off the front of it and slouching a lot as a result. The lumbar support doesn't help when I can't stay in position. If ergonomics aren't important it will work as a basic chair. Personally I think my back has gotten worse as a result of this chair as my office has Herman Miller chairs that provide much more support.
