Good support for desk work

I only had two problems with this purchase that I did not pursue with Staples. 1. One of the handles usable but broken at the end. (super glue in place now) 2. The two arms appear to rest at slightly different angles. Since it only affects appearance and not functionality I kept the chair.

I bought this product about 6 months ago and until today was very happy with the unit. The chair is comfortable and for the most part well constructed. I work out of my home office and this chair met my needs and price point. However the mesh backing is not built to last. While leaning back one staple popped and then another 4 came out. Now that the stapes holding the back in place failed the chair is worthless. I will be contacting the customer satisfaction department shortly and will communicate the results.

The cushion is firm and comfortable and feels like it will be durable over the long haul. All the adjustable levers allow changing seating arrangement if you like. Also it is a good looking piece of furniture and is a compliment to our home office.

I'm very pleased with this chair. It is solid and well built. It is also very comfortable and the comfort adjustments are great. This chair comes unassembled and takes a bite of work to put together but is worth it!
