Chair is comfortable and has several adjustments for height tilt lumbar which makes this a good buy. Plus I happened to purchase this at a major discounted price so it is a happy coincidence. The one issue I have is the back-rest height adjustment. The tightening screw seems finicky and you have to hear a snap to lock it in place so this is counter-intuitive.

chair not rated for user weight as advertised answer from staples "don't worry if the chair breaks and still in warranty we will replace" What about after???
