I have back and hip pain issues and after sitting in this chair all day I barely hurt at all. Other office chairs have left me in pain all day

I shopped around for a high back task chair for my home office that can offer the best quality at a low price and found it in this chair! And with my discount saved even more! It offers the comfort of sitting on it for hours working at my desk and fully adjustable. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend!

The original one sent to me must've been a floor model that they tore down but not all the parts were there and some were broken. Contacted Staples and they emailed a RMA return shipping then sent me a new one in the proper packaging. I have really enjoyed this office chair since I received it. Just the initial status of the first one sent to me causes me some concerns.

Hi Jen I’m very sorry the original unit shipped to you was a defective model but am happy to hear that you are enjoying the replacement!

Love the chair. It's comfortable and the lumbar support is just right. I would recommend this chair to any one.
