The directions were not the easiest to follow when putting it together and there are several things that are unclear that should be clarified in a rewrite but for all of this as well as the price it seems like a pretty satisfactory purchase. I wish however that it was available in colors other than Black notably Auburn or perhaps brown. I am a bit tired of black and it's apparent association with Staples and would suggest that you attempt to expand your lines to include other colors which might fit better with my desk.

I love all the adjustments on this chair not the least of which is being able to move the arms up and down and in and out. I am 5’5” and all my height is in my legs so chair arms are always too high. My arms don’t go above them they have to fit between them so my elbows bang into them constantly. Not so with this chair. I can move the arm rests outward and up and down. No more neck strain from lifting my elbows too high. The msh back is nic and breathable and the seat is comfortable. I like the back tilt back tension and of course the height adjustment. It rolls nicely on a chair mat though it does make the non-spiked mat creep across the carpet. I am definitey keeping it.
