I needed a chair that supported my back when I leaned forward as I sewed. Of all the chair samples at Staples this was the only one that fit my needs. Plus it did not have the head rest which I did not want. I also did not add the arm rests but could add them later if I want to.

The original one sent to me must've been a floor model that they tore down but not all the parts were there and some were broken. Contacted Staples and they emailed a RMA return shipping then sent me a new one in the proper packaging. I have really enjoyed this office chair since I received it. Just the initial status of the first one sent to me causes me some concerns.
