It's okay; not great but not bad. The seat itself is covered with a nice material but it makes a "crackling" sound when you get out of the chair. Not sure what it's padded with but it's not overly comfortable; the material is also a bit "slippery". The arms of the chair move up and down but not in and out. You have to sit-up very very straight and back to take advantage of the 'lumbar support'. The wheels roll fairly easily on the office floor mat. It wasn't difficult to assemble but the instructions are only pictures not verbiage. Don't think I would purchase this again unless it was marked-down by quite a few bucks.

Easy to assemble but the lumbar support is not as is advertised adjustable. The backrest adjustability is minimal (in particular it doesn't allow you to sit up straight) and makes the chair generally uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

A reliable chair is like good insurance. I feel the man in the commercial. The chair won't maintain it's height. I've only had it for a year. Didn't expect that. Other than that the chair has great features.

The chair is very comfortable and has adjustable arms the seating area tilts forward and back the back adjusts forward and back and raises and lowers too. This is the second one I purchased.
