Assembly easy comfort great!

I do some work from home and I have been sitting on a dining room chair. After a few hours on the laptop I was pretty stiff and sore. I used my reward points to purchase this chair after trying it out in the store. Delivery was great but I was a little scared when I opened the box and saw all the parts. A hour later my chair was assembled I was back to work and my back is much happier!
Overall very good. Assembly is easy and chair moves nicely. My only wish is that the lumbar support which is adjustable up and down would be able to adjust to reduce the pressure on the spine.
very easy to put together and comfortable I like that many adjustments can be made to be more comfortable. Adjustable arm rests a def. plus!

Reasonable chair for the price

This is a reasonable value. The chair was easy enough to assemble althought putting in two of the hex-bolts to attach the lever/back assembly required a lot of repositioning of the allen wrench due to the levers and such. I bought two. The first chair had a broken screw cover and a split plastic collar however this did not effect the operation at all. The gas lift works well and the chair is reasonably comfortable. The seat back tilts without feeling that it is going to tip over if you lean back on it. It rolls well on carpet but there is a warning on the instructions to get a different sort of caster if you use it on a hard floor or chair mat.

Office Chair was Exactly What I Wanted

After reading reviews of this chair I ordered it and wondered how hard or soft the cushion would be and how easy would it be to assemble. I was prepared to work hard at assembling the chair but I was grateful that it wasn't as hard as I expected. There was a tool provided to screw things in place. At the very end I did need to use a hammer to squeeze the last button in place that keeps the back of the chair connected to the seat. I tried to do it manually but it was too hard. I just tapped it with a hammer and it popped right in. I did plop myself on the chair after it was done and was surprised at the hard cushion at first. Subsequently I would sit down more gently and it was fine. After using the chair for a while the cushion has softened nicely. It is quite comfortable when I use a foot stool to prop my feet up. It is a nice change from using a very old office economy office chair. The nice mesh back allows air to circulate in my hot room.
