Bought 2 chairs one is showing severe wear on seam edge from chair base in box Second chair was in a box not even designed for the chair also signs of rubbing from other parts in box. The tape almost didn't survive shipping box was falling apart and partially open. Chairs themselves are comfy and well made.

Purchased chair 5 months ago and still can't get comfortable in it. You slide forward when sitting. The adjustable height only goes up so far I'm only 5'4 and I feel I am sitting on the ground when height is adjusted all the way. Wish I could return for something better.

Years ago I purchased my first chair for my home office. Now with others in my family working at home more office chairs were needed. All agree that this chair is comfortable all day long. The removable arms with adjustable lower back support is a big plus.

I was looking for an office chair with an adjustable back so I can sit up straight. This provides support and seems to have a shorter seat which is good for me. Like all the added adjustment features mesh back and padded seat. Comfortable.
