The only thing about the chair that is a minus is the arms that are less than well-made and prone to loosening. At least the manufacturer realizes it and gives the directions on tightening them at least monthly; whoever heard of such a thing!!!The chair is sturdy otherwise and comfortable.

I had been looking for a decent-looking office chair at a good price-point. I spent wayyy longer than I should have but finally came on this gem during their chair sale. It has about 70% of the features that chairs costing 3-5x as much do and is very comfortable to sit in for hours. I think my only complaint would be that the bottom seat is a bit smaller than what would be "optimal" for me (at 6'1"). This seat is probably *perfect* for those 5'10" and under but is still acceptable up to 6'4".
