The chair was put together and the seat portion will not lift. It is very uncomfortable because of this. I should have sent it back because I am having back issues and keep sliding down the front of the chair. My fault for not quickly returning.

It tilts forward which is better ergonomically but the fabric is slippery and I keep sliding forward. I can't lean back as I'll slide forward faster.

I gave up on the boss' furniture so I went out and looked to buy one myself. Saw this in the weekly ads and went to purchase it. The local Staples did not have it in stock. It was difficult to find help as it was Sunday before schools started on Monday. Once I found a lovely helpful and knowledgeable person things went smoothly. She helped me order the chair on line and had it shipped to the work place. As promised it was delivered in one working day. After setting it up and using it for several days I am very happy with it's comfort and functions. Good chair good price.

We have been using this chair for a week and one of the casters has stopped turning. We also found that the tallest position that you can get with this chair is not as tall as any of the other office chairs we have. So not happy.
