I like most of the things that adjust on this chair...up down forward tilt adjustable tension. The only thing that is annoying is that the back seems loose. There is an adjustment knob on the back but it doesn't do anything to tighten the back or secure it to a certain height. I don't know if you just have to pay more to get that option or it is defective. I got it on a sale though and the price on sale was good.

This is such a great chair in that you can lock the back and the seat cushion to their own specific angles. The arm rests could be a bit nicer but for the price can't be beat!
