Replaced a similar chair several years old and with a lift column that no longer holds position. Nicely adjustable comfortable seat and comfortable back. If you’re going to sit in it for 8 hours every day then go up-market - this from a 200 lb male. If you don’t fit this use case then enjoy the chair!

Nice Chair Packaing could use some help

I built the chair in a few minutes. The box it came in was open on the bottom and I had to rummage to make sure all the parts were included because somehow the screws fell out of the packaging too. how to use needs more detail on keeping the back of the chair positioned.

Within the first week of use the mesh back separated from the frame. I contacted Staples for an exchange as the chair was perfect for me until this happened. Hoping it was just a fluke and the replacement will be better. Otherwise I was very happy with the chair and it’s functions.

We have been using this chair for a week and one of the casters has stopped turning. We also found that the tallest position that you can get with this chair is not as tall as any of the other office chairs we have. So not happy.

The left arm rest could not be mounted to the chair seat as the receptacles that the screws were to connect to to hold the arm rest in place were mounted too deep into the seat for the screws to reach.

I put this together and it went together easily but I can't for the life of me figure out how to stop the back from squeaking every time I move or shift. It's like having a goose behind me all day. It seems loose where the back attaches to the seat. I reread the instructions multiple times and can't see how I missed a step or a piece or put it together wrong. Also the fabric irritates my skin when I sit cross-legged so I put a towel down and without the towel I can feel the screws in the seat like stones under the padding. I'm not a fan. I tried to live with it for a while but I'm finally going to get myself a different chair.
