I ordered this chair and received it in the store. I took it home but found the seat damaged and had to disassemble and repack it and return it to the store. After a few days I received one at home and it was fine. When making the exchange l had refused the extended warranty saying to Staples clerk that if you want to sell defective merchandise I will blame it on Staples and stop buying here. He said the 7 year manufacturer's warranty is only on the bolts. I refused the extra warranty saying I will take my chances. The chair suits me well. I like the 3 adjustment levers and the comfortable seat and back mesh. The sale price pushed me toward this model and so far so good

The chair was easy to assemble and overall comfortable to use. My only complaint would be the contoured armrests. It is slightly concave along the length of the armrest to help cradle your arm. That is fine if your arm rests parallel to the armrest. However my arm will shift around especially when I type so the concave contour becomes uncomfortable. I'm getting used to it

This is a decent quality chair with full features. However they could improve a couple of things to make it more comfortable like the hand rests are quite hard and lumbar support and seat adjustments can be smoother. Overall a good buy.
